Soft washing is the process of applying a special cleaning solution to your home, roof or any where that high pressure could result in damage.  

When washing the siding of your home, we let the solution "dwell" to kill any algae, mildew and other organic growth then wash it away.

For your roof, we will apply our solution and leave it be. The next time it rains any dead organic growth will wash away.

Pressure washing is the application of high pressure water to wash away any contaminants, dirt, stains and organic growth. We will first "pre-treat" the surface with a cleaning solution to kill the algae, moss etc. then depending on the surface use a variety of special tools to rinse it all away.  

Concrete restoration is the process of removing tough stains like oil, grease, rust, iron staining from fertilizers and battery acid staining with specialty cleaning solutions. Contact us if you have any of these situations so we can plan the best way to clean them up.

Despite popular belief, it is almost impossible to remove old stains from concrete and other porous surfaces. Why? Because over time the contaminants will soak deep into the concrete and lie too deep to clean them out.

Newer staining is an easier thing to deal with. We will be able to reduce and nearly remove many stains, but it's important to gauge your expectations. Reach out to us so we can discuss what you need and we will let you know what can reasonably be done.

Our grandparents were not the tallest people, and a friend gave them a sign for their farm house that said Hardscratch Headquarters of the Short Branch Corp. From there, the farm be came known as Short Branch. Holding Short Branch in our name anchors us in the past with all the love and memories that inspire us to move forward and make great things happen.
